| Manager | Experience in the following areas:- Overall management of properties of hospitality/ hotel/ resort chain with specific experience in F&B and restaurant management.- Increasing revenue of a hotel chain.- Increasing profitability of one/ more properties of a hotel chain.- Leading initiatives towards improving customer footfalls, overall guest satisfaction score and revenue of one or more properties and restaurants. For example, the introduction of SOPs, IT interventions, introducing restaurants, vendor empanelment, improving housekeeping, makeovers of restaurants/ bars, etc. Desirable:- Developing and maintaining a network of strategic business relationships in the sector/ industry.- Exposure to project management areas such as project planning, budgeting & costing, project monitoring, vendor management, contract management, and quality management |
